In person attendance Our chosen venue is open to all with: step free access and internal lifts to all floors mobility accessible facilities and accommodation available nearby railway stations and airport with step free access (we recommend contacting your travel provider in advance) car parking available on site (this needs to be reserved in advance directly with the venue) Virtual attendance If you cannot attend in person or prefer not to, we're delighted to welcome you virtually too using our live streaming platform (Whova). The event will have: transcription enabled - this means that captions of what is being said can be displayed on screen during the meeting chat features which allow you to send a typed message to an individual or everyone a team to support you accessing the content live on the day We have regularly scheduled breaks so however you choose to join you can feel comfortable throughout the day.
