How do I use my membership discount?

Once you reach the checkout there is a box labelled 'Promo code'. Simply enter your membership discount code into this box and click the button 'Apply code'.

If you do not know your membership discount code you can refer to your welcome letter or email us to find out.

When ordering from outside the UK do I need to pay customs charges?

When we ship your order we send it with a customs declaration form, but we do not handle customs tax or duties on your behalf.

Please be aware that you may be charged customs fees based on the type and value of the goods ordered. Please refer to guidance from your country’s government, or postal service, to learn more.
