Share your story

We are committed to ensuring your voice is at the heart of our work.

Sharing your story can be the most powerful act. It can help someone feel less alone, understand a new diagnosis, or provide some inspiration and encouragement!

You are the experts who know what living with dystonia is really like. You understand what others are going through and know what the difficulties and successes can be on the journey.

Everyone living with dystonia has their own unique story and it’s important to us that all those voices are reflected in the work that we do. Whether you have the condition yourself or know someone who does, your stories are the most powerful account of what living with dystonia is like.

We want you to share your story in your own time and your own way, but if you’re wondering about some of the practicalities, we’ve got some handy tips below.
