Jane has eye dystonia (blepharospasm). In this video Jane talks about her experience of coping with eye dystonia.

Eye dystonia is characterised by continuous or intermittent muscle contractions which cause abnormal, often painful, repetitive movements in the eye/s. It usually starts gradually affecting just one eye, but often eventually progresses to affecting both.

Making contact with people with same condition, learning how they cope with it, picking up their hints and tips is invaluable.
