Am I eligible for concession membership? Expand The concession price is a reduced fee designed for those on low income, benefits, or pension. However, it is at your discretion which rate you would prefer to pay.

How do I know if my membership subscription is due for renewal? Expand If you have set up a direct debit or standing order your membership will automatically renew. If you opted to pay a one-off payment online or by post it is due annually. We will send you reminders via your preferred method of communication when it is due.
I didn't receive a copy of Dystonia Matters, what should I do? Expand If you were expecting a copy and didn’t receive it either by post or email, please let us know.
I would like to change my membership direct debit; how do I do this? Expand If you pay by direct debit you can get in touch with us or your bank at any point to increase or decrease your direct debit.
I would like to cancel my membership subscription; how do I do this? Expand We are sorry to see you leave, please get in touch if you would like to cancel your membership. It is important that even if you cancel your payments you let us know so we can update your records accordingly. You can also update your communication preferences at any time.

If you have set up your own fundraising page using an online platform, that people can donate directly to, the funds raised are automatically transferred to us so you don't need to do a thing!
