Dystonia Matters Live 2022

Due to unforeseen circumstances our 2022 annual conference Dystonia Matters Live has been postponed to the Summer of 2023. Ticket holders will be contacted. You can already register your interest for our 2023 event... It may be a year away but we cannot wait to see you there!

This year, we are excited to host our annual conference Dystonia Matters Live 2022 from Edinburgh. We look forward to welcoming you in person or from the comfort of your own home for our very first hybrid event!

Taking place on Saturday 18th June 2022, our brand new format gives you even greater flexibility than ever before - allowing you to access conference content as you prefer, either in person or virtually. However you choose to join, Dystonia Matters Live 2022 will have all the things you've to come to expect; professional speakers, Q&A sessions, exhibition stands, breakout rooms, networking, and lots more.

Dystonia Matters Live 2022 will bring the mix of practical advice and shared life experiences normally found in our Dystonia Matters magazine to life. Along with the professionals who are giving their time and expertise the voice of those living with dystonia will be at the heart, and the day will be an important opportunity to bring the dystonia community together.

The theme for our 2022 event is The Future with a programme focussing on treatments, mental health wellbeing and living well, as well as sessions centred around kids, carers & families. We are looking forward to bringing you content that is both interactive and informative in this brand new hybrid format.

We are also so excited to be celebrating our brand new Dystonia UK Awards at the event, created to shine a spotlight on and celebrate some of the amazing people in our dystonia community!

Find out more about our exciting event below or book tickets now to either attend in person or virtually. We can't wait to see you there!

Ticket entry

Entry includes:

  • a digital welcome pack
  • a printed programme
  • early access to conference platform*
  • refreshments (including lunch)**
  • live sessions / live streamed sessions
  • a goody bag
  • networking opportunities

Transparent pricing

We love bringing you our events for free, and wherever we can we do. This year we have been supported by sponsors and trusts which has allowed us to heavily subsidise tickets. This means the cost for you has not increased since our last in person conference.

This is not a profit making event. Any money raised through tickets is used for costs relating to the event.

In person and virtual ticket prices are the same price as we have the same costs for both ticket types.
