Nick joined Dystonia UK after seeing a post about 'Dystonia Around the World'; and wanted to help raise awareness and support people with dystonia as well as raise funds.

He is a fitness coach and personal trainer with a qualification in Hatha yoga and mental health awareness. He is also a nutrition coach, has a diploma in meditation and is working towards a qualification in disability fitness.

Nick has had PNKD (paroxysmal nonkinesigenic dyskinesia) since birth and has anxiety induced episodes but, he says, "I won't let it stop me being who I am, I take it as it comes every day and make sure positivity is the main focus". He brings to the board his experience with mental health and positive outlook. He believes that a positive mindset can have an incredible impact on how we see the world around us.

Nick lives near London and in his spare time he studies to enhance his knowledge and enjoys walks wherever they take him.
