We are the only national charity dedicated to helping people affected by dystonia, a neurological movement disorder. At the heart of Dystonia UK is a small, friendly, and incredibly dedicated team. About you We are looking for an experienced communications coordinator to support the Head of Fundraising & Communications. You will have experience of working in a charity communications role and have strong skills in creative copywriting, graphic design and an understanding of the tools used in marketing including social media platforms. Our ideal candidate is well-organised, proactive, and creative. You must be forward thinking and able to work to deadlines, effectively manage your workload and meet targets. You must be able to write clear and engaging content that can connect with the different audiences that we serve whilst taking responsibility for ensuring that our communications are meaningful, appropriate, and effective. About the role You will be involved in all areas of communications and through your role you will be helping to increase awareness of our growing organisation by extending our reach and strengthening our brand. You will engage with the Dystonia UK community on a number of projects (both digital and in-person).
