Help and support Your local support group Cornwall About the group The Cornwall Dystonia UK Support Group was established in 2010 by a number of active people with various forms of dystonia, and by their partners/carers, all of whom live in Cornwall. The group meets to give members an opportunity to share experiences and concerns in a relaxed atmosphere with light refreshments and conversation. It provides mutual support and friendship. There is lively discussion invariably enhanced by the presence of an invited speaker or facilitator who brings a particular specialism which acts as a catalyst for debate. The group always meets on Saturday afternoons about once every 3 or 4 months at the Trelander and St. Clement's Community Hall in Truro. Future meeting dates All group meetings are postponed until further notice due to COVID-19, however we would like to invite you to take this opportunity to join our virtual groups on Facebook and to reach out to people near you that you may not have met through your normal group meetings. There are individual pages for each UK region and you can find the groups here.
