Come and conquer Ben Nevis this year in a courageous charity challenge. As Britain's highest peak you'll rightly be feeling high and mighty once you reach 1,343m (4,409ft) above sea level.

Whilst this is certainly a strenuous trek, the summit itself is at a manageable incline - allowing you to survey the breathtaking Western Highlands as you take on the mountain.

Although you'll need a lot of stamina and determination, the reward of viewing one of Britain's most dramatic vistas is well worth the effort.
