Organising your own Fundraising Event is a great way to support our work - it's fun, rewarding and is a great opportunity to do something new, meet new people, make new friends and support a great cause.

In May we are asking members and supporters to hold a Tea Party for Dystonia Join us in whatever way you can - whether that means holding your own Tea Party for Dystonia, helping out at your local Tea Party, baking some delicious cakes for a Tea Party (there are some great recipes in the Fundraising Pack), or supporting a Dystonia Tea Party by attending and buying some tea and cake! Exclusive for 2013 - Great British Bake Off's Danny Bryden has writen a delicious Fig and Orange Brownie recipe for our Tea Party Fundraisers!

Whatever you want to do, we are here to help you - whether it's a coffee morning, raffle, bike ride or even trekking in Great Wall of China, we can provide support and point you in the right direction.

Musicality - 16th-18th May at the Bull Theatre, Barnet The Warren are back with their summer musical, Musicallity, and are once again supporting the Dystonia Society as one of their chosen charities for the year! Their January Pantomine was a sell-out and a huge success for the group. Don't miss out on your chance to see their May show, once again at the Bull Theatre in Barnet. Oddfellows made the Dystonia Society Charity of the Year for 2012 and have raised £2000 so far with many events including a tea party. Many thanks to Colin Magee, Dystonia Society member, and his wife Pam, Provincial Grandmaster of the St Mary's and Dartford district order of the Oddfellows, for their continued support. |

The Brady Family of Northern Ireland have raised more than £1,300 through a whole range of varied and innovative fundraising events. Last year they got together a team of arond 20 friends (left) to take part in their local 10k run! |
